I am basically looking for a mobile device to ring one number when activated, it does not need to do anything else other than do this, it will be encased in a shell and remotely activatead and just needs to contact the central computer by means of a phoning the central phone. i.e. no voice needs to be transmitted it only needs to signal the central computer that it has been activated.
If anyone had a suggestion how to do this without a mobile phone I would be grateful also.
