Barebone system / Shuttle

Thinking about getting Shuttle PC like This one or a barebone system like this one for a present.
Just wondering what's included with barebone system so i know what else to get to make a complete PC

Also are they any good just for internet, photos and musics/mp3s?

So is it only comes with case, psu and mobo?
Not for gaming, mainly use just for internet and storing photos/musics

It's cheaper with barebone than get everything myself i think cos it comes with PSU, mobo and also case already.
And i can't do less than £100 for PSU, mobo and case?

But i quite like the look of Shuttle

Thanks a lot, will have a look as budget inc monitor for present probably £350-£400 max
