Barebones Reponsive Wordpress Theme

My Google-fu is weak today! What I'm looking for is a basic Wordpress theme with very little styling that I can apply my own CSS to, but that has all the various media queries to support mobile up to desktop.

I know there are a number of responsive CSS out there, and a number of barebones Wordpress themes - but I'm being thick and can't seem to find the two combined together!

Any assistance or links greatly appreciated!

Just started my latest project with this. Not a big fan of modernizr or LESS, but even then it's easy to rip those out and get to work.

Thanks all - I've been playing with Bones for a day or so, and it seems to be nice, I'm also quite liking the LESS (my first exposure to it) and the LESS files are laid out really nicely with everything fully commented and it's helping me to understand the whole responsive thing a bit better!
