Barebones system

I'm about to upgrade some of my main PC's components, but I want to use what the parts I intend to replace for a new PC for my sister. I want a barebones kit with a case that looks stylish and is relatively compact, but that can fit a 8600 GTS with a Accelero S1 cooler. The CPU is a E6750.

Any ideas?

I've decided that the shuttle is too expensive for what I'm looking for.

I'm guessing these shouldn't have a problem with space:

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two? Also, will I need to have my own CPU cooler?
