Barebones!

Wasnt sure what section to put this in sorry, but basically I'm looking to get a barebones system for work etc.

I know AMD quad's are totally outclassed by Intel quads, but how is it on the dual front? Are AMD duals eclipsed by Intels? Just wondering which direction to consider

If its just for work, office and internet stuff then theres nothing wrong with the AMD stuff, in a barebone it will most likley stay at stock speeds.
