Bargain 2

Lo all,

Went to my local camera shop today to get a Hoya 52mm skylight filter for the 18-55mm and a Hoya 58mm CP filter for the 70-300mm and managed to get them both for £3. They were in a 'reduced to clear' box. I did a bit of digging and they had no price on them so I took them to the counter and the lady said £3

was about to spend £45 for the ones on the shelf before I looked through the box

Damn. I was in Cornwall and visited Fowey last week. I didn't look in many photography shops except in Plymouth! Oh well, next time i'm in my local I'll have a nose in the bargain bin to see what I can turn up!

hehe I should mention that my local photography shop is in Truro (20 miles away)!
I wish there was a shop here in Fowey. Did you enjoy the place? did you venture into the Galleon? If so I was probably behind the bar. I'm doing 40 or so hours a week in there.

Ah, we nearly went into The Galleon actually. It was Saturday and packed though so we gave it a miss.

Settled for a pasty in the end!

Did the boat trip on Beef'r while we were there

We stayed at Treworgey farm in Duloe, I spent my Honeymoon there last year.
