Barracuda Network - Support opinions?

I'm currently dealing with Barracuda (EMEA) support for a number of issues with a customers Web Filter Vx appliance and their support is almost useless (not updating cases, not calling me back, etc)

Have any of you guys dealt with Barracuda? Is this an isolated case or to be expected from them?

I only have limited experience with them but I wouldn't say they have been bad. I raised a call via email and got a reply within 1 hour, although it took 2 days for a final resolution.

Other support queries I believe have been dealt with quite well. i will try and find out who/how we contact them usually.

Edit, just realised I've hit 1000 posts. Not bad in 5.5 years. Lol
