I'm currently dealing with Barracuda (EMEA) support for a number of issues with a customers Web Filter Vx appliance and their support is almost useless (not updating cases, not calling me back, etc)
Have any of you guys dealt with Barracuda? Is this an isolated case or to be expected from them?
