barton or thoroughbred

A Barton will have 512kb of cache and the thoroughbred will have 256kb. To check how much the CPU has down load a copy of CPUz.
 
I've serviced a few laptops with XP 2400+ Barton cpus ;) so saying 2500+ is the lowest is wrong. Clock speed was 1.8Ghz on a 133FSB hence the lower rating. If its a mobile XP-M 2400+ it could be a Barton.
