my pc's current windows experience index rating is 4.8

yesterday it was 5.0 but today, due to some driver issues i wiped the machine and reinstalled vista!

any idea what may have caused this?? the base score is for my RAM btw!

oh and the next closest score is 5.4 so is there any way i can improve the RAM score without changing the actual ram?? i have 3.5gb

overclock your ram and or tighten ram timings

lol probably a very noobish question and i'm sure the full answer would require about 6 hours of typing but is there a program i could use or any quick way?
