*edit* Should stop been lazy.
Well basicaly
Genis Bios Settings Has all the settings for the CPU, HT, Multi, Voltages and then a sub menu for the memory.
FSB frequency- This is the speed at which the memory will run at if at stock settings.
CPU/FSB Ratio- This is your multi FSBxMutli = CPU clock speed
EG 2.0GHz 200x10 is your 3800 X2
Thats the basics
Voltages
CPU VID - CPU voltage
CPU VID Special - this is the multi for the CPU voltage....dont mess with this
LDT V - Think its the Hyper transport tech voltage
Chip set - Northbridge voltages
DRAM v - Memory voltage
Memory
DRAM frequency - this is the divider on the RAM
A divider of 1:1 will run the memory at the speed of the FSB
Command Per Clock - T1, T2 Run it at T2 unless you have 3,4 sticks of RAM
CAS Latency - First number in timings
2-3-2-5
RAS to CAS - second number in timings 2-
3-2-5
Min RAS - fourth number in timings 2-3-2-
5
Row Precharge - third number in timings 2-3-
2-5
