I saw it as a comment posted on a Justin Bieber video (waaay back when I had only just heard of the guy and was foolishly checking out his songs), and it made me laugh.

Its saying that JB and Rebecca Black are just as bad as the three other people and require 'dealing with' in the same manner :p
