Hi all,

The position I was taken on to do (write blogs) has evolved, and I can see that it will keep evolving due to the knowledge I have and experience I bring to the team (there is 3 of us and the other 2 are not technically minded). The problem is that my knowledge is limited, I know enough to get by and to know what to google and my workload is that I am sitting here at 2am, unpaid, watching videos on Adwords just so I can keep up. My manager is only there to motivate and the other lad is completely out of his depth.

I am after courses (either online or location based), websites, videos, books and anything else that may be of interest that cover subjects such as:

Web development
SEO
Adwords
Online Writing/copyright
Online advertising
Social Media
User Experience (UX)
Design
Analysis skills
Marketing

And anything else that could be missing. I need to improve on and expand my own skills as well as finding something my colleague can do.

Price ranges free to a few hundred pounds, as long as I can prove it will improve conversions on the site then chances are I can get it approved.

Thanks and I don't normally, but I want to get ahead of the curve so to speak. Plus, I am using it outside of work so I find it of interest

I don't like not knowing something, especially if it's work related.
