Basic ATI PCI-E card with component out?

Also would just like to confirm there would be no way to use a dvi > component cable from the DVI-I connector on a G45 based board without using some kind of signal convertor?
 
Cool thats what I thought, do they all include the component out cable? Can anybody confirm if they have a 3450 that it came with the component out cable (preferably passive)?
