basic cable box on TFT?

Whats the best way to connect a normal cable box to a TFT (Dell 2407WFP)? THe box only seems to have a scart out. Any cables available i could use for this?

well i need to convert the scart to somethuing like s-video + L & R audio phono's, just not sure what route to take and was wondering what everyone else does for this problem. THe cable box i've got from virgin is a bit naf, i thought it would have more outputs than just a scart.

so still not sure what to do here
