The 0507 bios gave all sorts of problems with the DDR2. You can try setting to 400FSB but DO NOT double your voltage!! I wouldn't go higher than a Vcore of 1.55V unless you have very good cooling. If the pc fails to boot at a high FSB then you have you clear the CMOS or else you will have problems booting even at a lower FSB....
