basic e2140 overclocking question

I put this question on antoher posr but it got lost when more complicated issues came in so I would mightily appreciate it if someone could answer this simple question with a simple answer.

Im going to get an e2140 to run on a EVGA nForce 650i Ultra. It is my understanding that I will be able to overclock this to 2.66MHZ by merely changing fsb from 200 to 333 in the bios. No playing with extra fans, voltage settings, memory settings - right?

And what kind of memory would I need?

I only want 1GB Ram and cheapest possible will do. I
dont need to do any memory overclocking. Just need it to work. Basically I like the sound of getting e6750 speeds for £45 rather than £125 so thought Id just give that a go.
