Basic Excel Question

Mind isn't running quite right at the moment. Trying to sort out a macro in Excel 2003 that will add 1 to a specific cell when it is run, along with a number of other things. Now as I have never really used Excel much, can anyone give me any ideas? The macro will be run more than once so each time it is pressed the number should increase by 1.

I'm proud this is my worst thread to date

, also anyone know how to copy the output of a sum rather than copying the actual sum?

I'm not sure what you mean, can you explain a little more?

If you mean that you want to copy the value from a cell, and when you paste it into another cell just paste the number? If so, copy as normal and when you paste use paste special and values only.
