Basic GFX ?

A friend of mine is wishing to purchase a GFX card, he does not play PC games but wants the GFX card to have the capablility of playing 720p HD movies from his PC.

Is there a really cheap GFX card which he can buy from OC's which could benefit him?

Those should do fine

I like the look of the Fanless one, especially if its only for Basic Tasks. Keep the Noise to a minimum.

No point in any unnesacary noise. The fan on the front of my case with the LED is doing my head in :L but im unsure how cool the hard drive would stay lol
