Then any low profile 5450 will fit.
I found a picture of the inside of the DT model:
That is definitely more than enough space for a 5450. Heck you can even fit a longer card but I wouldn't risk it due to the PSU.
So my 280gtx i have lying around is of no use here then!!!!

Nope, it's all powered by the PCI-E slot, so no extra wires needed.
