Basic graphics card for 3840x2160 60Hz (no gaming)

I need to replace the graphics card in my Windows 10 PC (ASUS P8Z77-V-LX mobo) with one that will drive an extended desktop across one 3840x2160 60Hz monitor via HDMI 2.0 and one 1920x1080 monitor via HDMI or DVI.

The card will sit in a PCIe slot and the bay above it is empty.
If need be I can run additional power.
The PC is never used for gaming.
Budget is as low as I can go for a reliable card that does what I describe.

Advice is much appreciated, please.

Thank you.

To close of the thread; thanks for your help, guys. As a result of my mentioning in conversation my need for the described graphics card and the recommended GT 1030 I was given a secondhand GTX 1050 that I fitted yesterday. It is probably overkill for my needs (photographic image and video editing) but the image quality on both monitors (Dell P2715Q via Display Port and U2515H via HDMI) is stunning and it was free so I am very happy!

Thanks again,
