Basic Image resizing Prog

Hi guys

Can anybody recommend a very basic image resizing program, as I have a friend who needs to resize his images before putting on his site.
Preferably a free program.

give him the link to the image resizer, integrates with the windows ui so you can select mutiple images, right click, resize easy peasy (can also set custom sizes)

As above, Powertoys is great if he's a bit of a noob.

For a little more power and control of the batch try IrfanView.
