My friends asked me to spec him a basic loop for his antec 300.

He has no HDD racks, so I was thinking a 240 rad in the front using the original fans and adding 2 other fans to the back of the rad for a push/ pull config.

I said, if at all possible he would like to include his GPU into the loop, but he's going to change soon, so Im speccing without. Easy enough to buy a GPU block and add it into the loop later.

Now Im stuck between these 2
EK H30 LT 240
EK H30 HF 240

Im guessing it would be better going for the HF 240 due to a better pump and more accessories included in the box?

Get the HF it's an all round better kit for not much more cash, u might have to mod the case a bit to get the 240 rad in the front, the spacing between the fans won't be exactly 15mm so u would have to mount the rad to the top fan only and have the bottom one slightly off line, also thoes rads are 276mm long (the connection ports are added to the length of 2 fans + a bit at the other end) so u might lose the use of that bottom 5 1/4" bay.
