Basic memory / FSB question

My memory is at 11-11-11-27 1T

It is 1600mhz DDR3

My multiplier is 20 x 200fsb giving 4ghz

In CPUZ the DRAM Frequency is showing as 761.9mhz
FSBRAM 2:8

Is this correct or should it show 800mhz and something different to 2:8

It used to be far easier when cpu/memory was set to run 1:1

Sig now removed.

Its because apparently the code in CPU-Z 1.60.1 is knackered. 21 x 190.5 is showing with a qpi link of 3047.7

Coretemp reports correctly at 200 x 200

It may just be with Lynnfield and others. reported by people on a couple of different forums

CPU-Z 1.50 reports 800mhz DRAM frequency, 1.60 version shows 762mhz. To do with max qpi link or bus speed or something
