Basic Network setup for DVD's and Blu Days?

Hey folks, as time goes on, and DVDs and Blu Rays become less used and digital media used more and more I wanted to have a simple setup that doesn't cost a huge amount to achieve the following .

Be able to move all my Dvd and Blu-ray discs to it, and then be able to access it from any TV in the house. Is this feasible on a low ish budget? I would rather not use my main pc as I don't keep that on all the time and so would prefer a fairly compact setup that I can put in a small cupboard.

Any advice appreciated

I'd say about 100 or so, the BR discs account for about 15 of those...
