Hi guys, just wondering if anyone else here has a Sapphire 5970 overclocked?
I've been running mine totally stock since I got it, but now would like to overclock the card a bit, but have run into issues.

I've installed MSI Afterburner, if I change the Core Clock by just 2MHz I get all kinds of disruption on my screen (flickering etc). Note: I'm running Eyefinity if that makes any difference.

I can adjust the clock up or down, same result.

I have read somewhere that there is an issue with the 2D clock when you changing the Core Clock and Memory Clock from standard to anything (up or down). I don't know what this issue is supposed to be, or even if it is true - what I do know is that I seem unable to over or under clock the card at all (using MSI or AMD Overdrive)

Anyone have any thoughts?

There is a new BIOS available for the card, but I can't find any update notes on what has changed / been fixed vs the version I have, and I'm also pretty uncomfortable fiddling with the BIOS on a GFX card unless I know it is going to help me out.
