Basic question - How to turn down rumble on wireless pad?

As title, i looked for the option last night but just cant find it anywhere in the 360 dashboard. Obviously im glaringly missing it.

push your xbox guide button, then personal settings and shoud be in there

Dosnt that just turn it off or on though, no actual variance in the strength of the rumble.

thats correct, i do believe MS were supposed to allow you to turn it down a notch or two, guess they havent got round to a simple thing like that yet.

Thats ridiculous as in the manual for the wireless pad is states you can set it to full rumble, medium, low and off. From looking at the options in the dash you can just turn it off or on.

Glad its not just me who read this, thought i was imagining things
