What's better - to have more RAM on a graphics card - or have RAM that runs faster?
Say e.g.:
540MHz Core, 512MB 800MHz DDR2 Memory
540MHz Core, 256MB 1400MHz GDDR3 Memory
The person in question plays some older games and doesn't plan to play the latest titles. He has a blu-ray optical drive and a 26" Warfedale LCD screen and is struggling to watch any of his blu-ray films. He also watches lots of DVD's etc.
