Basic spreadsheet for hours worked

I'm a massive noob, looked online but google skills are weak I guess.

I just want a spreadsheet that can calculate my hours worked, including unpaid breaks

Any help or suggestions?

I have many many times, none of them are worth anything. Plus all are for Americans it seems.
