Basic vs Premium

Can sombody tell me the exact advantages to Windows Premium over Basic?
I want to save a few quid on basic, but need to know if I'll be losing out on anything really important

Basically, Home Basic doesn't have Areo or Media Center, both are worth the extra pennies.

The maximum ram is also reduced to 8GB I think.
