Basic Word help

I have forgotten how to make it in Word so you click a link and it takes you to a place marker (in Word 2007) something like ctrl + 1 then set a marker

Say

Link 1 (as a link)
Link 2 (as a link) -clicking goes to link 2 info
Link 3 (as a link)



Link 1 info
xxxxxxxxxxx

Link 2 info
xxxxxxxxxxx

Link 3 info
xxxxxxxxxxx

Could you be a champ and do a ctrl a and dump the info onto here. I just get a blank page with 'done' for some reason

cheers. edit - I knew how to do a TOC but think it was on HTML where you give lines of text anchor points. Is the only way through TOC in Word (not ancors) ?
