Basin trap

The part that dominates the photo is the body of the bottle trap itself.

What matters is the inlet (top) and outlet (side) size. Disconnect the trap and measure the sizes of the pipes going in and out, and get one the same size.

The 32/40mm is the outlet pipe size. Measure that one, the pipe coming out horizontally of the bottle trap.

It's most likely to be 32mm (1 1/4 inch) if it's a bathroom basin, 40mm (1 1/2 inch) are typically used for kitchen sinks, baths, showers.

You can get a good idea by just holding a tape measure up to the pipes leading in/out of the trap, if it's under 40mm (35-36mm OD) get the 32mm one, if it's +40mm then get the 40mm one.
