Bass Guitars

Hiya Everyone

Long time reader, first time poster in the General Discussion (or so I think). I'm thinking of buying a bass guitar and was wondering if any had any experiance with them or any advice or tips

I've been looking around and I'm really liking the Mark Hoppus bass, expsensive though. I dont have any experiance with guitars at the moment.

I got a Vintage copy of a musicman stingray for my first bass, I think it cost about £180 with a small amp, case, leads etc.

Id recommend it, or another copy. Possibly a Squire, they usually make copies of Fenders, Hoppus plays a Fender if i recall.

A few people here have bought these recently, including me. I think its great, and not all that expensive. Looks nice in Jewel Blue.

Yep Mark plays a Fender, hes recently been playing with his signature guitar.

The Ibanez GSR looks very nice, and a good make I believe, will an admin move this thread or should i recreate it?
