This might be a very odd setup I have, but I will try to explain it best I can.
At work we have 6 speakers in the roof, someone has wired all 6 to the left channel output of the TV. This works well, sounds good and no issues.
But when we connect a laptop to the TV and play a movie, there will be distortion during explosions, deep sounding soundtracks, background humming from electronics etc. To find out why I used this youtube video and it was distorted to hell. Here is my recording of the sound in the room so you know what it sounds like.
Basically, how can we fix this? Due to the fact its work, I can't be installing amps etc, but is it linked to the fact 6 speakers are on the left channel output of the TV? Or is it just the speakers can't take it.
