Batch File - Copy Command

I'm in the process of creating a batch file that will format a USB drive, I have got as far as "Format G:" however it then asks "Proceed with format <Y/N>?" How do I get it to enter Y, and then once it has formatted the drive how do I go about getting it to enter a drive label?

I have Googled for it but haven’t found anything of any use.

I have figured out the format command, is it possible to copy folders using a batch file, I can get it to work with individual files, but that would take ages to setup and it wouldnt allow for any additions to the folders?

Thanks, I've just tried that, however it doesnt copy any of the folders within the first folder, it just copies the files that are directly in the folder.
