Batch image in Photoshop

Does anyone know how to batch resize images in photoshop while adding a brand say on the lower right of my pictures too. for example it would add my website address on the lower right of each picture. ALL help is greatly accepted.

If you are using a recent version of photoshop you can create an 'action' this allows you to record all the various steps you wich to use on the 'batch'.

I think there will be a step by step guide in the help index. I use it a lot to convert RGB pics to CMYK whilst brightening thema little. Its very useful if a little confusing.

tried google to be honest and couldnt really find what i was looking for then again i may not be using the correct terms.
