Batch Processing Software for Replacing Text in text files?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any good batch processing software for "finding and replacing" given text in .cfg text files in a directory (inc. sub directories)?

Thanks guys, might go down that script route as that software I already tried but it wasn't picking up everything

Many files (88+) so chose the option in my previous post. It worked like a dream
