is there away to batch re-size loads of pics using photoshop 7?

Photoshop is a bit of a pain for things like this. You will be better off getting the Image Resizer XP Power Toy.

the MS one is bad quality, so is picassa

ifranview one is good

also if you have Photoshop CS2
