Batch rename files

I have a collection of videos that ive built up over time with loads of different naming structures - Is there anyway to batch rename them all to the date they were taken?

I've used Bulk Rename Utility to great effect; I haven't used the function, but it has a date bit, as well as a million other options - I generally use it to remove prefixes, rename songs etc
