Batman AA + AC - Xbox 360 controller issues

As title, only two games I have issues with my 360 wireless controller.

When I'm on the menu responds to none of the buttons or even when I'm in the the game, but it prompts me to press start, and the Xbox 'Home' button works and brings up the GFWL ****.

Has anyone had this issue and figured a way around it. (Unplugged steering wheel/hydra/closed all their software)

Seems others are having the problem too but no one seems to have found a fix.

Is it just wireless people are having problems because my wired is fine with AC

Whats that? Used xboxec and it didn't work either.

Wired messed for some people too

My controller won't work if my joystick is enabled. Have to make sure to disable it before launching the game or else the game defaults to that and won't let me swap.

Where do you disable? I may have to disable stuff even if it isn't plugged in

?

Also is this all games or batman?

I've only noticed it on Batman.

You shouldn't have to disable it if it's not plugged in. You can disable it through device manager, just right click on select disable on the offending device. Failing that you can remove it through the Printers and Devices section of the control panel (It'll re-add itself every reboot).
