Warning! Spoilers!

I'm looking for people who have finished the AA story. If you haven't, best not open the tags :).

So the Arkham Knight trailer reminded me that I never did finish Arkham Asylum.

Looking at my save I haven't played it since Nov 2011 . From what I remember I was quite far through the story. I was heading back inside the Asylum to find Joker and the room I'm in has had all the gargoyles destroyed, which annoyed me as I'd perfected taking out guards from them :p.

Its so long I've forgotten the control, so I expect dropping back into it might be frustrating. From those who have finished it, am I far from the end? My save says 45%, but that's including all the side missions and collectables I haven't yet done. I'm at 37/42 character bios, so have a little bit more to go.

Is it worth me persevering with trying to relearn the controls and techniques (ive genuinely forgotten everyrhing) to complete it, or am I close enough to the end of the story to read up on it and move to Arkham City?

You can try a new save game to pick up the basic controls, and then pick up the other save and see how you fair..

I think you're not too far from the end, its not a great ending anyhow... But i'd continue so as only to not feel cheated, as i've read game stories before when i've not completed a game, you never seem to feel like you've completed it when you do this..

The problem with relearning the control is it takes a long time to get all the abilities unlocked.

I might give it a bosh with a new save to get the basic tutorial under my belt, then dive back to the save.
