*Batman: Arkham Asylum*

I managed to get a ~67 hit combo last night on one of the extreme challenges (can't remember which one) ended up with a score of just over 90,000 and 101st in the leader boards :D Think I got about 50,000 in just that round!!

I love this game. :D
 
Trying to complete all the riddles at the moment.... Its good how you can free roam around and finish off what you didn't get first time around whilst playing the story.....

Hope they do make a sequel, this is one game that deserves to be well received and a sequel would be excellent....

Need more Bat cave, Bat Mobile and gotham city in the next one, with two face..... ;):D

Probably be awhile...id just pick it up...its well worth the price.

Im taking my time with my copy...making sure i get all the riddles, trophies etc...still not very good at getting combos but im not so fussed about them tbh...absolutely loving the game..the scarecrow bits...both of them sent shivers up my spine especially the first one where u meet him.

Its an awesome game and having the Joker making his remarks, which i find hilarious just adds more to the game...definitely game of the year for me...usually im not a fan of these games but this one has me hooked from the word go.

Does anyone else find that Harley Quinn kinda hot??:cool:...must be that uniform she wears:p:D
 
I remember prior to The Dark Knight being released I read that Sarah Dunn (Mandy off Hollyoaks) was set to play Quinn in the film - I guess that scene got cut :(

Funny you should say that, I said the same to a mate only the other day. I too found her outfit kinda hot... Posion Ivy wasn't too bad either.... Always was a sucker for a redhead.. lol :p I really do need to get out more....

As for the downloading new content, bet its not free... Joker was free, only reason I reckon those with 360 and PS3 got the PS3 version, well played sony..!!

As for waiting for a price drop, Tesco sell it for £37, and its well worth the asking price. Just pick it up..

I'm guessing they'll be paid.

Hopefully it will be more bonus challenge maps, like the free Joker one on PSN :cool:

Just my take on this. I'm not really into these sorts of games but got this for the PS3 purely on the face of playing the demo. Imo, this is one of the best sp experiences I've ever had in a game. Characters that you actually care about, brilliant voice acting, intelligent level design, and perhaps the best fighting system for this sort of game ever conceived.

I'm only about 40% in right now but it already feels like I've done more, seen more, and actually felt more, than I have in most games after completion. Truly great game.

1 medals - Shock and Awe
3 medals - Survival Tactics
3 medals - Rumble in the Jungle
3 medals - Invisible Predator
3 medals - Intensive Treatment (extreme)
3 medals - Silent Knight (extreme)
2 medals - Sewer Bat (extreme)
3 medals - Record Breaker (extreme)
0 medals - Shock and Awe (extreme)
3 medals - Survival Tactics (extreme)
1 medals - Rumble in the Jungle (extreme)
0 medals - Invisible Predator (extreme)

I am struggling on the Shock and Awe ones, due to those 2 being timed levels. Not tried the last Stealth one yet, but I am sure I will get 3 medals for that one.

Haven't tried the sneaky ones yet and am refusing to move onto the next fighting one until i 3 bat it :) I've only just this second solved all the riddles and unlocked the last challenge so until now i've not been giving the challenges a proper session. Tomorrow i'll really get stuck in.

3 medalled all the sneaky ones, 3 medalled 2 of the first 4 combat ones, 2 medalled the other 2 and haven'tr tried the last 4 yet.

Love the predator ones, wish there were more. One of them took me 20 mins while i planned the perfect attack :D
