It appears the re release of Batman: Arkham Knight a mere few days ago was the final death rattle of a resoundingly disappointing release from WB Games and Rocksteady, which are now once again offering full refunds for gamers still experiencing issues with the PC version of the final chapter of the Batman: Arkham franchise.

We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.

Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix.

Thank you,

Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment

EDIT BY VALVE: For users who were having trouble submitting a refund for the game purchased on Steam, please try your refund submission again. The issue should have now been resolved.

I've asked Nvidia if they will swap AK I got with my 980 ti for MGSV. I have it on my Steam account but I've never actually installed it let alone played it. I live in hope but if you don't ask you won't get.

Keep us updated on the outcome please.

Runs perfectly fine for me as well, and did so before the patch. I just have to turn the stupid interactive smoke/fog off.

Does this really need another thread? There are 2 threads for this game already!!!

Anyway, I can't fault it...works perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

I got AK with my 980ti, when they removed AK from sale thee was a rumour that they were offering MGS as a token gesture so I emailed OCUK and they did indeed send me a code... iirc it isn't NVIDIA you need to email, it is the place you bought the gpu from... Not sure if they'll still have any code kicking about by now though as that was a few months ago

If you got a free key with a GPU from OcUK then you need to drop them a webnote, supplying your order number & they will send you a key for Either AS: Syndicate or Rainbow 6: Siege.

They're having issues with issuing codes atm, but as soon as that's fixed and they confirmed you previous then you'll get a new key sent.

TBH, I doesn't run that bad now. I had quite big problems before patching and had to play at 30fps at 1080p to avoid fps drops and stuttering. Now I'm getting HIGHER fps at 1440p with everything maxed except light shafts and volumetric smoke (shame there aren't separate settings for batmobile and environmental smoke, as the former looks naff and the latter looks awesome). The game sits between 50-60fps with drops to 45fps without any crashes.

I know it's a very shoddy port but somehow it now runs decently on my PC, which I didn't expect.

Yea, got to say spot on custom service again from OCUK, I thought I would be SOL as it came with my GPU but they sorted out a Blades or Bullets code. Thanks!

Runs fine for me at the moment, however the games a bit meh to be honest. Just more of the same Batman we have all seen 4(5?) times before. Thankfully I only paid £12 so still a bit of a bargain.
