What do you use?

I tried a beer batter last week, with salt pepper and a bit and garam masala but didn't work, also halloumi already got salt so no salt next time.

Anyone got a good recipe/method?

Thanks all.

I'd never heard of Panko Breadcrumbs, is there any advantage of those over just putting a dry bit of bread in a food processor?

They do sell them in Tesco though.

I do also grill Halloumi for those who suggested.

I get onion, cabbage, lettuce (not iceberg though), grated carrot, sliced tomatoes. Lightly coat that in olive oil and cider vinegar for a while before.

Then whack all that in some wraps with whatever sauce.
