Same with every courier and postal service, people always complain if something goes wrong. So all delivery companies never have a good review.

peopel who get good service never really go onto the internet and say so. its only people that have had bad service from companies that find time to rant.

dpd are one of the best couriers out there. the guy that delivers to me from ocuk is a great guy, albeit he delivers in shorts. the damage could be from anything, mayby got crushed going throw sorting machines or someone put something heavy on the parcel.

Exactly the same here. Shorts wearing, very nice chap

I'll say this for the OCUK customer service - when I opened the box, I realised I was going to need a new cable for it. There are not a lot of places where I have received a damaged item and gone and placed a new order for something else the same day. Utterly outstanding.

All sorted, created the RMA, you can ignore the emails if you want. - Address been changed for delivery at the work address so that is all sorted and on the way to you so it arrives tomorrow.

Just the collection today and then jobs a goodun!
