Battery conditioning

Guys , new phone coming and since I have not had a new one in a while how should I initially condition it ?

24 hour charge and then drain or just use it and top up overnight ?

Turn it on use it & then charge when its near enough flat.

Instructions usually say to just charge it first and then take it off charge when it's full. No need for charging for 24 hours or whatever.

Just use it, Li-On batteries aren't like the old crap we used to have.
