My laptop is a Toshiba M70 348, its already had a replacement battery FOC due to a faulty batch.
However my new one (6months old now) seems to have had it. Even if its plugged into the mains the battery still looses charge while the laptop is being used. It even looses charge when the laptop is shutdown but unplugged. This sometimes means i get an annoying beeping noise early AM as the battery dies.
Every time i get the warning beeps, i unplug the mains and plug back in, this shows battery at 5-10% and cylcing mains supply seems to set it back on charging. Once back upto 100% the battery still lasts upto 3hrs so its discharge rate while in use is absolutely fine.
Im really confused whats happening here.
