Battlefield 1 Possible Mem Leak?

Hey,

I've been playing some Battlefield 1 lately and I've noticed that I can only actually play for about 40 mins to an hour until the game starts stuttering badly. I've checked my task manager etc and MSI Afterburner and my GPU is only using roughly 70-80%, CPU is running fine too however my RAM seems to be 100% a lot. I've got 8GB of RAM, but I know of others who can run it fine. Any ideas?

Ultra, I've tried high and medium but it doesn't make much difference.

It just takes a little bit longer to stutter, I'm running it at 1920x1080 in Windowed Borderless

I'm using the MSI GTX 1070 Quick Silver with 8GB of VRAM. The stutters start small and get increasingly worse to the point that it's just one constant huge stutter.
