My BF2 wont update.. ive got a trizillion patches.. it seems to just patch to v 1.1 and then doesnt want to know any more..

Is there a set recommended way of patching? Its bloody weird.

i joined bout 20 min later, just ended up with 4 ignorant guys in there who didnt know what OCUK was!!!

I used to have so much trouble, I'd patch it all the way up and it would never work. The fix?

Install.

Patch 1 level up.

Open game up to menu.

Quit.

Patch another level up.

Open game up to menu.

Quit... and so on.

I found that if I patched the game all the way up from stock, it wouldn't work. By opening it up at every stage, it solved the problem 100%.
