battlefield 2 problems

While playing online, the games seems to cut out at random intervals, straight to the desktop without any error message at all.

Any ideas of what this could be?

I guess you can actually connect to a server :confused:

Same problem here mate,you`ll get more help over in pc games section,i`ve not solved the problem mine does it when i go to connect to a server or when the map is about to load.
Are you fully patched 1.4 etc?

Fully patched, it happens sometime in game, others when just loading.

It's really annoying, i'm almost at the next rank too!
