Only had BF2, 3 weeks and I am struggeling to get my...

Ground Defense Medal

Which is 5 minutes in ground defense.

What I don't know is, what is ground defense?
Could someone tell me so I can sit in it and finally get this Medal!

Mounted machine gun (karkland first spawn usa team) , and the rocket type thingys u shoot at the copters -.-

either Anti Tank turrets or fixed Mgs
5 Mins in one round i think from memory

Edit:
The ones you shoot at choppers are anti air believe it or not, Unless you have been TOWing choppers.

Yeah House, I was sitting on an AA about 10mins ago for 5mins like a Lemon!
I asked a mate, "Is this ground defense" he goes "no lol its AA"
I was like "doh"

go commander and sit in a turret or AA say on essex, easy way of getting medals as each kill from arty counts as a ground def/AA kill ...

Just spawn at the back, sit on a TOW and go make some food, by the time you have got back (5 mins later) you'll have it.

Better to go commander tho because you can get kicked for inactivity
